We are pleased to
announce the formation of another member benefit. As you know,
state law acquires residents to have Back-Flow tests done on all sprinkler
systems. Until now, residents just received a list of available testers and
proceeded at their own risk at a variety of costs. The Sands Pont Civic
Association has set up a Back Flow Tester Co-op. What does this mean? Simple.
Companies join the co-op by giving our members
discounts that normally we would not be able to get. We will publish a
list in a future newsletter and on our web site, of those testers who are
participating along with their phone number and discount available to you. Our
intention is to act as a facilitator in bringing the availability of such plans
to your attention. If you use a back-flow test company and want them to be in
the co-op please have them contact me through my e-mail Philip@Tillesco.com
or by fax 5 16-364-1973. This is yet another great benefit that the SPCA offers
its members. Since the offer to participate was faxed out last week, we already
have five companies sign on. Look for more details in future newsletters. |
